Fertility Coaching, Optimization & Education
~ Natural or IVF preparation ~

Fertility challenges are greatly on the rise worldwide – impacting both men and women.
The bright side? You and your partner have more influence over fertility than you might realize.

Research is now confirming what holistic practitioners have long understood: when we address the why behind imbalances, fertility can improve naturally.

Nutrition and menstrual cycle awareness plays a central role in this process. By supporting your ovaries, reducing inflammation, and improving the environment of your uterine lining—the nourishing “soil” for a future pregnancy—you create the conditions your body needs to shift from survival mode to reproductive mode. The same goes for male fertility, where optimizing nutrition and lifestyle can enhance sperm health, motility, and DNA integrity.

All of this can be influenced through customized nutrition, targeted supplementation, lifestyle habits, mindset work, and reducing environmental stressors. As we age, these strategies become even more important to support egg quality and reproductive longevity—but the empowering truth is that we can influence these factors more than we once believed.

Understanding your menstrual cycle is one of the most powerful tools you can have. Learning what a balanced cycle looks like through the Fertility Awareness Method (FAM) offers insight into overall health—not just fertility. Your cycle acts like a monthly report card of your body’s wellbeing. And contrary to popular belief, your fertile window isn’t always on day 14—many people miss their true window because every cycle is unique.

Whether you’re trying to conceive naturally or preparing for assisted methods like IVF, there’s always a way to optimize your nutrition, environment, and overall fertility strategy.

Keep in mind—it takes about 90 days for an egg to mature and about 74 days for new sperm to develop. The work you do now is what sets the stage for improved egg quality and conception in the months to come.

Some vitamins and minerals that support fertility:
  • Helps to reduce the risk of neural tube defects
  • Supports healthy red blood cell formation
  • Supports Immune Function

Isn’t it Folic Acid? Folic Acid is the man made synthetic form the body first must convert to the form folate, to properly utilize. A high percentage of people have a genetic predisposition that reduces their ability to convert folic acid to its usable form. This means when looking for a prenatal vitamin, it’s wise to look for the active form, showing up as Folate or 5-MTHF.   *to be taken 90 days prior to trying to conceive to impact egg quality for protection against neural tube defects.

  • Vitamin D3 is the active form of this fat-soluble Vitamin.
  • Helps to regulate cell growth and is a critical component to creating sex hormones, which essentially plays a role in ovulation.
  • While the best source is initiated from healthy sun exposure, when supplementing, look for the active form D3.
  • Powerful vitamin and antioxidant that protects eggs from free radical damage
  • Required in every cell for energy production and declines with age
  • Difficult to obtain from diet alone
  • The mineral that delivers oxygen to each body organ and tissue
  • In pregnancies, your blood volume increases by 50% making it common to become iron deficient.
  • A growing fetus requires enough iron to store for the first 6 months of life out of the womb (moms to be: if your birth plan includes delayed umbilical cord clamping it can provide a higher iron reserve for baby  https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/30780101/).
  • Excellent vegetarian sources found in pumpkin seeds, beans, and lentils.
  • Organic chicken and beef liver is the easiest form to absorb.
  • Never take an iron supplement without the advice of health care provider.

Healthy fats, especially Omega 3 are crucial and have been known to promote fertility.  Fats are essential to the production of sex hormones and Omega 3 fatty acids are especially important for fertility due to their anti-inflammatory qualities.  Research has also been linked to prolonged reproductive function.

  • Improves quality of egg
  • Omega 3 is a key component to fetal brain development
  • Linked to improving postpartum depression

  • For women, zinc aids production of mature eggs for fertilization, follicle health, uterine health and hormone regulation. For men, zinc is crucial for sperm production, count, quality and motility.

IVF READY:
The Alternative Roadmap
$947 (includes progressive sessions)

Your egg quality renews roughly every 90 days and sperm quality every 74—the changes you make today can begin to show real impact in just a few months.  Heading into IVF with optimized egg and sperm health sets one key pillar for better outcomes and a smoother journey ahead.

What many IVF clinics don’t focus on is that while they guide the embryo to the point of transfer, it’s your body that determines what happens next.

Nutrients and targeted supplementation can help improve egg quality, support embryo development, and strengthen the endometrial lining—creating the ideal environment for implantation.

It’s also essential to address the systems that IVF doesn’t touch—like gut health, liver function, thyroid balance, and inflammation. These are the areas that decide whether your body is ready to hold and nurture a pregnancy after transfer.

Research, and what functional experts have long shared, shows that optimizing egg quality, hormone balance, and the uterine environment can make a meaningful difference in IVF outcomes.

The implantation phase is where all your preparation comes together—and where the right internal support truly matters.
